Are Praying Mantis Good People s for Kids?

Mantises can be relatively safe for kids under close adult supervision, as they are not venomous or inherently dangerous to humans. However, their delicate nature, potential for accidental harm through handling, specialized care requirements, and limited interaction may make them less suitable as pets for young children, and it's crucial for parents to ensure that children handle mantises gently and responsibly, while also considering more age-appropriate and low-maintenance pet options for their kids.
