10/01/22 Severe💧Weather Alert 🚨
The United States Postal Service has temporarily suspended retail and delivery services in southwest and central Florida.
More than 100 locations, from Tampa to Fort Myers, are closed until further notice.
"We will continue to monitor tropical weather conditions and well restore service when it is safe to do so," USPS said in a statement.
FedEx customers should also expect delays. The shipping company says disruptions can be expected for inbound and outbound shipments across Florida.
UPS announced it would not provide pickups or deliveries in dozens of zip codes in Florida.

2020 has been a rough year! From COVID to hurricanes we are still here and working to get your orders to you as fast as possible.
Is anyone else having a rough 2020?
Despite the delay notices we've been running for a couple months (which would usually bring incoming orders to a screeching halt), the past 45 days have been some of the busiest in our company's history. Between being super busy and the issues described in previous updates, we're still running about 5-7 days behind on processing orders. Every member of our team is working extra hours, and we're doing everything we can to get things back to usual.

We’ve had extreme cold weather here this past week. Shipping will resume Monday though thanksgiving holiday may affect some deliveries this week.

USPS is experiencing newsworthy delays with some packages, and FedEx's service quality has also declined. Both companies have raised rates, and FedEx ended all service guarantees. We want to be clear that our Live Arrival Guarantee still applies to all orders where a qualified shipping method is selected. We're doing our best to maintain service quality despite the delay.

08/5/20 Hurricane and Power Outages
For those of you not familiar with the situation in the North East, New York has declared a state of emergency due to Tropical Storm Isaias knocking out power to 700,000+ people on Monday. Our area was one of the worst hit. Half of the team couldn't make it in Tuesday & Wednesday due to downed trees & power lines, and the rest of us struggled to keep up while relying on 4G hotspots, flashlights, and cell phones running on car chargers. Thankfully internet service is back, power has returned to the shop, and we're doing everything we can to pack & ship quickly & effectively.
We are expecting a 6-10 business day delay for pending orders. The team has volunteered to work through the weekend (which seems to be 2020's theme), and we'll be doing our best to communicate ETAs via email & phone calls now that everything is back up & running normally. If you are in a rush for an order, it will be delayed until after we've caught up.
