Live Shipments including feeders:
In order to minimize the time in transit, we generally only ship live insects on Mondays, and Tuesdays so they don't sit in a postal facility over the weekend. Shipping days may be adjusted to account for holidays.

Live arrival guarantee will only apply to the cost of the animal and will not apply to the cost of shipping. Shipping costs for replacement animals are the responsibility of the buyer.
We reserve the right to delay live products if the current temperature or forecast in either location, is above 90°F or below 40°F. We will try to notify you, but you should check the forecast for our location in NY, 10589, and yours, regional as en route as well.
If the weather is too cold to ship or hot, and you have NOT purchased the necessary shipping services required, we will either hold the shipment until the weather is permitting or send you an invoice for the proper shipping service.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
Live Arrival Guarantee for live products shipped via Express shipping only. You may choose Priority mail shipping at your own risk. Tho we may refuse the order if we determine it may be detrimental or cause suffering to the animal.
2-3 Day Service, however, neither we nor the USPS guarantees a three-day delivery time, so it can occasionally take longer. If you are west of the Mississippi you should use express shipping.

Live Guarantee
Your purchase of live animals is guaranteed to arrive alive. There are a number of situations under which we do not offer a live guarantee. Orders arriving dead (DOA) are rare and when they do happen, it's almost always because of high temperature at the destination. Please be aware of our terms regarding heat (below). You'll be fine- as long as someone will be home upon delivery. The shipment cannot sit outside in the sun or heat where it is exposed to the elements or in a hot metal mailbox. Using Express shipping will ensure live delivery.
Conditions of Live Guarantee:
We DO NOT guarantee live delivery to daytime high temperatures of 90° F and above or to nighttime low temperatures of 40° F and below (regardless of time in transit). This is the daytime high temperature, not the temperature at the time of delivery. Temperatures are determined by weather.com for your zip code. Shipment to such temperatures is at your own risk. We do use cool packs and or heat packs and would not ship if we felt temps were too extreme to ensure live delivery!
If orders are delayed or late in arriving and temperatures are within our live guarantee range, we will refund any doa's,
In order for the live guarantee to remain in effect, you must notify us of doa's or other problems within 24 hours after receiving the order. Notifications must be made via Email so that we will have a written record of the problem.
We cannot accommodate special delivery instructions, such as "leave the package at the side of the house behind bush" or "deliver between 1 and 2 pm" or "deliver to the front door, not mailbox." Postal carriers may not read or follow such instructions written on the box, and we have no control over what time orders are delivered.
We cannot offer re-shipments, refunds, or credits for egg cases ooths , which are are not guaranteed.
Other items purchased with egg cases or items in a kit (such as fruit flies or other living food for the mantises) will not be replaced in the event your egg case does not hatch.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, Live insects
Live plants, All live products. We also do not accept products that are sanitary goods.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Book with obvious signs of use
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at USMANTIS@frankbee.com and you must get an RMA to return merchandise authorization to send us a return
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
