If you had this link sent to you then you are aware that either due to the weather or having ordered a live insect using ground shipping you need to pay for next-day air. We have been automatically canceling orders that require next-day air. We also wanted to offer this option for those who need feeders rushed.
By using Next Day Air UPS shipping you can expect your package once we ship it to arrive the following day usually around 12:00 noon in your time zone.
If you are there and accept the package at the time of delivery we can guarantee Live arrival and if there is a problem you need to notify us with a clear photo or video of the problem by emailing sales@usmantis.com We will then see what may be done and the time stamp with an email to verify.
